How to Download and Install BarrelTime
BarrelTime Professional v6.0d download is a 36MB Self-Installing file "BarrelTime_Installer.exe.":

• Click on to download the Installation file "BarrelTime_Installer.exe."
• Note:  All Downloads are Demo Copies.   An activation key is required beyond the Demo time limit.
  
  
• All Installers run a program that makes changes to your Computer. Each Browser prompts you to confirm that you are not installing something you don't want -- like a virus!


• Each Browser gives you different prompts when Downloading the Installer.
  Scroll Down to find your Browser or Click the Browser Link Below:

BarrelTime Important Upgrade Note:
If Upgrading to a Computer that already has a BarrelTime installation, use the backup utility to copy your files to a flash drive.

Then Install BarrelTime v6.0. This new version may install to a completely different folder.
If necessary, Copy the data files from the flash drive to your new installation -- if not AutoCopied.

If you are using any older version of BarrelTime or any version of *  we STRONGLY suggest that you download the current version.
* (Yes, even your old DOS version qualifies for an update/upgrade!)

Windows XP Users:   Windows XP and below
  are no longer supported.

BarrelTime Installation Notes:

==> If this is a NEW or UpDate Install
==> Be Sure to Change the [Advanced] properties on the BarrelTime Icon to [x] Run as Administrator
after installation.

==> If this is a NEW Install
BarrelTime prompts you for information during install, then advises: "Exiting to Windows Desktop.
Please Re-Start BarrelTime."

This occurs during a NEW installation as BarrelTime starts customizing itself to be Your BarrelTime.

• FireFox
  
             FireFox Download Prompt  [Save File]



• Google Chrome
             Google Chrome may prompt this warning:
  
             If so -- Click the [Discard] Dropdown, then [Keep]
  
             Google Chrome Prompt -- Download Saved



• Opera
  
             Opra takes you directly to the Downloads Folder -- Download Seved



• Microsoft Edge
             Microsoft Edge WILL NOT Download and Install the BarrelTime Installer

• Go to " Downloads" (or the folder you chose for downloads) to find "BarrelTime_Installer.EXE."
  (The installer may display on your machine as "BarrelTime_Installer").
  
   Click on "BarrelTime_Installer.EXE" to install BarrelTime.   You may get a prompt that looks like this:
  
       Click [Run] to Install BarrelTime
  
  

• Installing from the Download:   You can run the installer directly from your downloads folder to this machine
  or copy the installer to a flash drive, then run the installer directly from the flash to this or another other computer.
  The installation file displays as "BarrelTime_Installer.EXE" or as "BarrelTime_Installer" based on your file display defaults.
  
   Click on "BarrelTime_Installer.EXE" to install BarrelTime.   You may get a prompt that looks like this:
  
       Thank you MicroSoft for another helpful prompt!
       Click [Run] to Install BarrelTime
  
  

BarrelTime  Updates - Current: v6.2a04 Issued 05/01/2023.
             Keep your copy of BarrelTime up-to-date.
             Check this site from time to time for updates to keep your copy current.
